Who wins from health and safety regulations?

Those in the legal proffession, thats who...

Think about it.

Have a trip or fall in a poor working condition, and you take them to court.

Even if contracted to no win no fee contracts with your legal aides, they will claim your compensation (or at best, a large proportion of your compensation).

The coalition can tackle this as much as possible, but court is still a LOT more stressful than the embarassment of having a trip or fall at work.

Now this nation has adopted a far-fetched suing culture, with more case law on this topic than an over loaded can of worms.

The solution? Government needs hand back individuals responsibilities in their own lives. Government seems to enjoy our individual freedoms too much.
