Human Nature
Like most conservative ideas, natural conservatism is based on the fact that humans are naturally selfish beings. However, unlike most conservative ideas, natural conservatism accepts that only a large proportion of the human race is irrational. Therefore, it is natural that more humans are irrational than others. Therefore, a hierarchy naturally exists. However, this hierarchy does not mean that human are 'better' than one another. This natural conservative hierarchy depends on the number of humans that a smaller group of humans can have an impact on throughout their life. In any society, this naturally exists, be it socialist, liberal, anarchist, conservative or ecologist. This is only natural, and collectively, the human race does this naturally, acting individually.
Each individual is able to specialize in something unique. Therefore, individualism is a fundamental value of natural conservatism. This is a vital factor within the means of production and the labour force of a nation. Humans in this sense are rational collectively, by bringing in their individual skills individually. This leads to a prosperous economic relationship through trade. Therefore, trade through human nature must not by unnaturally prohibited, and so laissez-faire capitalism is natural and necessary in order for humans to live the best possible life.
Human beings are a naturally family oriented species. They are also ultimately responsible for their own actions. Therefore, it is the role of the family to teach basic morals and values to those who are younger than themselves within their own families and practice these values themselves.
Human beings are also naturally competitive, and this must be allowed to be displayed within markets, and therefore, governments must not be allowed to prohibit this through any form of regulation whatsoever.

Government authority and accountability
Because of the heirchy that exists, governments too will naturally exist. However, their power must be restrained by a codified constitution, which clearly lays out what they can and cannot do. They are to be held accountable by the rule of law and held accountable by elections, in which there is universal suffrage.
Human beings stay in a certain location for years at a time and in these certain locations, the hierarchy still exists. Therefore, they must have local government and local national government representatives. In order for elected politicians to be held accountable, constituencies and districts must be small, and elected through plurality systems such as first-past-the-post. It must also be available for people to choose whether to vote, and anyone must be allowed to stand for election.
Governments must be small and their powers must be limited, because whenever a government passes a law, they steal choices from those they govern.
Governments must abide by the doctrine of the separation of powers: an elected legislature; an elected executive that is elected separately from the legislature, and thus creating a presidency; and an elected judiciary.
Governments must be prohibited from nationalising industries as this is not natural. Governments must accept that businesses are started by humans naturally and that they are intended to make profits by impressing humans by supplying goods and services they either desire or require, be it a financial service or a technological service for example.
Governments are to exist in order to secure individual freedom, and to prevent individuals from harming other individuals. They must also ensure that one individuals freedom is no more important than another, unless they give that freedom up, through choice or harming anothers freedom. Therefore, the judiciary may remove some of their freedom temporarily so they can be processed through the legal system.
Elections must be secret, and no one is to be prosecuted for voting against a government. Governments are also not allowed to use force against its people.
Government departments cannot consist of more than:

Government departments cannot consist of more than:
- The president
- The treasury
- The justice department
- The defence department
3.
Equality
In any society, equality can never exist, no matter how hard you try to enforce it. There will always be gender and race and religion. However, this does not mean that they cannot get on in harmony. Naturally, different people have different traditions and backgrounds and the rich and poor will always exist. If modern poverty is to end, then the next set of poor people will be considered to be 'in poverty.' Equality of opportunity can never be equality can never be equality because governments have to carry out different measures to give people equal opportunities. Equality of outcome can never be either, because people receive different forms of guidance to finish equal. Also this can never be because people have to act differently and finish off differently while acting to be equal.
4.
Discipline and justice
Because human are naturally selfish and individual, discipline must exist in any society. Humans are able to learn basic discipline through their families as they naturally do growing up. When they grow to a moral agre of conscience, the judiciary's ability of enforcing laws will then have more of an impact on issuing discipline to those who have none.
As a deterrent to those who are willing to carry out indictable offences, the death penalty must exist, but only for the most serious crimes. Individuals who are relatives of those who have lost someone through murder, naturally feel revenge, and so it is only natural that the death penalty exists.
Judges are to be held accountable by those who are to abide by their courts and decisions, and must therefore be elected in the same manner that politicians are elected into office.
5.
Economy
Laissez-faire capitalism is the most natural economic system the human race has ever brought to the face of the earth. It encourages humans to act willingly together in order to get something they desire out of each other without interference from those who are less experted, such as the government. This is based on the principle that humans are natural and individual.
Recessions in a natural conservative environment are inevitable and also a good thing. They bankrupt and bring down failing bad businesses, and allow for new entrants to enter the market and compete once a recession ends. Laissez faire capitalism is the only economic system that is able to survive economic downturn after economic downturn.
Because government intervention is unnatural, it is not allowed to interfere in economic downturns, as it undermines the nature of the human race, as they are collectively rational.
Because government intervention is unnatural, it is also not allowed to distribute welfare, create nationalized health services, ban the sale of any product unless it encourages one person to bring harm to another in the most extreme scenarios, and it must establish a central banking system that carries out monetary policy, and must be allowed to hold government to account.
Economies must be able to encourage people to work, and individuals should not be allowed to rely on the work of others, and so welfare is naturally immoral. Governments spend money inefficiently and must accept the economic third person motive.
6.
Society
The education, industrial and public services as well as any other business must be free from government control. Therefore, individuals are able to innovate, and create more goods and services to purchase more and new goods and services.
Like most conservative ideas, natural conservatism is about the phobia of change. Change is welcomed in a society when it isn't noticed, and so it must come slowly. Governments must be prohibited from rapidly changing society, in order to help human beings adapt more comfortable into their lifestyles.
Private property is a fundamental value that human beings should be entitled to. If government is to take over any property from human beings, then the government should be liable to theft.
Human beings are world citizens. International government however is wrong because it expands the size of government massively, but people should be entitled to live wherever they like in the world as long as they abide by the laws which apply to the area they live in. They are to be deported to their home nation if they have broken the law in their new country or in their original country if they have broken a similar law in the new country that exists in the old country, or broke a law that exists in the new country that doesn’t not exist in the new country, otherwise they can never integrate in the country that they are moving to, unless they have served a punishment that meets the requirements of the new country.
Any religion must be tolerated but society must be secular. Science and knowledge must be appreciated and it is fundamentally down to families and schools to eliminate ignorance. Any killing and torture in the name of religion must be treated as breaking the law.
Meritocracy must be a fundamental and welcomed value for society to prosper and encourage those who are waiting to succeed.
People must be entitled to protest and preach their values to the world without being silenced.
7.
Rights
Rights are unnecessary in law, as it leads to government involvement in the natural lives of human beings. For example, if everyone was entitled to a right to housing, then governments would nationalize the housing industry, and therefore cause wages to lower in the housing market and so builders, and others involved in the housing industry to be less enthused and innovated to build and sell more at a rate in which they would get a profit. This is because the profits would ultimately go to the government. These measures ultimately lead to a shortage in housing for those who are entitled to it.
Rights however should come naturally. For example, a right to life, or a right to freedom, or even a right to happiness. Therefore, morals and principles should be allowed a priority over statutory rights.
8.
Natural conservatism
Therefore, the basic and most fundamental points of a natural conservative nation are:
- Small and local accountable government
- Irrational selfish individuals that are rational collectively
- Morality prevails over statutory rights
- Unrestricted markets
